Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Consultant operating at a Solution Architect level to drive technical excellence and lead multi-tier support functions.
In this role, you will design scalable Salesforce solutions, govern architecture, and establish L1–L3 support frameworks. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can own end-to-end solution design, balance hands-on development with strategic decision-making, and effectively engage stakeholders to build client confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Leadership
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions and translate business needs into technical designs
- Define best practices and ensure architectural governance
- Provide technical leadership across teams
Support & Practice Setup
- Establish and manage L1–L3 support models, SLAs, and escalation processes
- Mentor teams and act as SME for complex issues
Development & Customization
- Lead development using Apex, LWC, and Aura
- Oversee configurations (objects, security, workflows, approvals)
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable code
Automation & Data Management
- Implement automation using Flows
- Manage data operations, governance, and integrity
Integration & APIs
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations
- Ensure scalable and reliable integration patterns
Performance Optimization
- Optimize queries (SOQL/SOSL) and improve system performance
DevOps & Deployment
- Manage CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado) and Git-based version control
- Drive release and environment management
Testing & QA
- Ensure strong testing practices and high code quality
- Use logs and monitoring tools effectively
Future-Ready Implementation
- Prepare for Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and OmniStudio
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and innovations
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of Salesforce experience, especially in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Strong expertise in solution architecture and technical leadership
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, integrations (REST/SOAP), and automation tools (Flows, Workflow, Process Builder)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to own end-to-end solution design with a balance of development and architecture
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or OmniStudio is a plus
