A Lead Data Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for driving data driven decision making throughout Lennar. This role involves setting the strategic direction for data analysis activities and ensuring that business goals are aligned with technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale and high-impact data analytics projects.
- Lead the design, testing, creation, and roll out of new advanced data products.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure alignment of projects with business goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations for business improvements based on self-generated insights.
- Identify opportunities, build, and leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging methodologies to accelerate analysis and enhance team productivity.
Requirements
- Must have advanced SQL skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree beneficial).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex and/or large-scale projects and initiatives.
- Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Physical & Office Presence Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. This role may require frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs in/around homes, models, and properties.
