Role Overview
We are looking for a Design & Content Lead/Head who can operate at the intersection of design, content production, video editing and emerging AI capabilities. This role requires a multi-dimensional creative leader who can conceptualize, execute, and scale creative output across formats while also building and integrating AI-driven workflows into the creative process.
You will lead a team of design, video production, and editing, while also owning the exploration and deployment of AI tools and systems to enhance creative efficiency and output quality.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Execution
- Lead end-to-end creative development across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives
- Maintain high standards of craft across design, video, motion, and digital assets
- Guide editing styles, pacing, storytelling formats, and platform-specific adaptations
- Ensure consistency and evolution of brand identity across touchpoints
- Develop breakthrough campaign ideas and content formats
- Push creative boundaries while aligning with business objectives
- Experiment with new mediums, formats, and storytelling approaches
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of designers, editors, and production team
- Establish clear creative processes, feedback loops, and quality benchmarks
- Drive a culture of experimentation, iteration, and high creative ambition
AI & Creative Technology
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across design, content, and production workflows
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, personalization, and scalability
- Build repeatable AI-driven systems for content generation, editing, and ideation
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, automation, and creative tech
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in creative roles (agency preferred), with at least 1–2 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience working on AI-driven creative projects (e.g., generative design, AI video, automated content systems)
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-format work: design, video, campaigns, and digital content
- Deep understanding of production and post-production workflows
- High proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, motion/video tools) and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative design, video AI, prompt-based systems)
- Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
- Ability to balance creativity with execution speed and scalability
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
