Lead - Excellence, Supply Chain Management (procurement), Acg Capsules

Core Responsibilities

• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process across the organization, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and global best practices.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in procurement operations and implement solutions to enhance process efficiency and transparency.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements across all procurement transactions and support internal and external audits.
• Lead procurement process digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with Procurement, SAP & Digital IT teams to enhance sourcing efficiency, automation, and data visibility.
• Support in establishing and monitoring procurement performance metrics and dashboards, including spend analytics, savings tracking, contract compliance, and supplier performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, demand consolidation, and process optimization to improve overall procurement efficiency and value delivery.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement policies, systems, and best practices to drive consistent process adoption.
• Review, redesign, and standardize Procurement SOPs, workflows, and policies to establish a robust, compliant, and system-driven procurement framework across global operations.
• Lead or support supply excellence initiatives, including process transformation projects and benchmarking studies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging feedback, performance metrics, and industry best practices to strengthen procurement processes.
• Establish and track key procurement performance indicators (KPIs) including supplier OTIF, cost savings, supplier lead time, contract compliance, and procurement cycle time.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning by developing procurement cost projections, sourcing strategies, and supplier capacity assessments.
• Undertake additional strategic sourcing or procurement transformation projects as assigned from time to time.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging feedback, performance metrics, and industry best practices to strengthen procurement processes.
