Job Description
Responsibilities: Facilitate preparation of annual budgets, review and adhere to the budgets for each business/department/project Ensure financial accounting and cash flow management through ERP- guide and facilitate financial accounting for development and maintenance of systems, build internal control and checks, resolve accounting related issues, compliance with accounting policies and standards, liasoning with internal and external auditors, coordinate with corporate accounts & taxation teams, monitor cash-flows, conduct periodic reviews for a timely closure of quality & error free quarterly and annual accounts, timely release of Performance reportsAnalyse the schedules relating to Profit & Loss Account and Balance sheet for suitable decision making and correct reporting Monthly reporting of performance parameters to the management to review the financial soundness, periodic analysis of financial ratios and appropriate interventions for improvements wherever required Dealing with GST / Tax Authorities for proper tax assessments, dealing with clients to ensure contractual obligations, negotiation with clients / vendors for commercial terms, negotiations with bankers for financing People Development - To develop a strong Finance, Accounts & Administration team to support and grow business
