About Fundflo Fundflo Technologies is a fintech SaaS platform transforming the working capital cycle of businesses by digitising the B2B supply chain. Our solutions span Dealer Management, Accounts Receivable Automation, and Channel Finance Automation, integrated with ERP, CRM, banks, and payment gateways. We are a small, fast-moving engineering team (~12 engineers, growing to 20) where every engineer has a direct impact on the product and customers. Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Frontend Lead who enjoys building high-quality user experiences and setting strong frontend foundations. This is a builder-first role — you’ll be writing code daily, shaping frontend architecture, and mentoring a young engineering team.
You’ll own how our frontend evolves — from component design to performance and developer experience. Responsibilities Own and evolve the frontend architecture — design scalable, maintainable structures for our applications Build reusable component libraries and design system foundations Write clean, production-quality code using Angular and/or React Mentor and guide engineers through pairing, code reviews, and technical discussions Conduct code reviews focused on quality, performance, and architectural consistency Establish and champion frontend best practices (structure, testing, CI/CD, standards) Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams Drive performance, scalability, and overall UX quality Evaluate and introduce tools and patterns that improve developer experience Requirements 6–8 years of frontend engineering experience B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field Strong in Angular or React, with working knowledge of the other Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals Good understanding of frontend architecture (state management, modular design, performance) Experience building reusable component systems Strong in HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development Experience integrating REST APIs and understanding backend concepts Comfortable mentoring engineers and doing code reviews Startup mindset — ownership, pragmatism, and bias for action Good to Have Experience with Ionic or cross-platform mobile development Exposure to B2B or enterprise SaaS products Experience working in small, fast-moving teams What Makes This Role Interesting High ownership — you shape the frontend architecture end-to-end Work directly with founders and influence product decisions Real impact — features go live quickly and matter to customers Collaborative, no-hierarchy culture Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the team scales
