Responsibilities and DutiesHands-on LeaderMaintain Physical Integrity and Safety of CommunityAnticipate, identify and correct any and all problems Perform any and all property maintenance needsMaintenance of the property grounds and common areasHVAC service and repair (willing to train)Prepare apartments for new residentsComplete Work OrdersEnsure proper removal and disposal of trashProvides leadership, guidance, and development for community Maintenance team
