Lead Product Management

Vyngo is building the future of AI-driven commerce infrastructure for the used commercial vehicle market. We are looking for a Head of Product Management to define product strategy, lead the roadmap, and build an exceptional product organization. This role requires someone who understands marketplaces, AI products, and complex ecosystems involving dealers, mechanics, financiers, and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Vyngo.
• Build and lead the product management team.
• Define the product strategy across key pillars:
• Vehicle discovery and agentic search
• Dealer onboarding and inventory management
• AI-driven vehicle inspection and scoring
• Financing and insurance integrations
• Marketplace trust and transaction flows
• Partner with AI and engineering teams to build agent-driven product experiences.
• Translate marketplace dynamics into product capabilities:
• Liquidity
• Trust
• Pricing intelligence
• Supply-demand matching
• Define success metrics for product growth including:
• Marketplace liquidity
• Dealer engagement
• Buyer conversion
• AI recommendation performance
• Work closely with design and engineering to launch high-velocity product iterations.
• Partner with business teams to support national expansion.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years in product management
• Experience building marketplaces or AI products
• Strong understanding of network effects and marketplace economics
• Experience scaling consumer + B2B platforms
• Strong analytical and product discovery skills.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership.
