We are looking for a Lead Recruiter / Delivery Manager to help lead our recruiting team, drive performance, and personally contribute to placements. This is a player-coach role for someone who loves recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and wants the opportunity to help build something meaningful.
This is not a title-only management role. This is a chance to step into real, active job flow, work on high-priority searches, lead recruiters from the front, and play a major role in scaling the business.

What you’ll do
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcing support
- Personally work on active searches and help drive placements
- Maintain urgency, accountability, and consistency across the recruiting team
- Review recruiter pipeline, activity, candidate quality, and submittal volume
- Help prioritize job orders and allocate recruiting resources effectively
- Train recruiters on search strategy, candidate qualification, submittal quality, and follow-up
- Improve speed, execution, and overall delivery performance
- Partner directly with ownership to help build a stronger recruiting engine
What we’re looking for
- Proven agency recruiting experience
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing recruiters
- Strong track record of making placements in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
- High sense of urgency and accountability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Someone who wants to build, lead, and produce — not just manage from the sidelines
Compensation
- OTE is $150k+
- Strong bonus / incentive structure
- Additional upside for the right person who can both produce and lead at a high level
