As a Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager, you will manage multifaceted energy projects while expanding client relationships and supporting business growth. A licensed Professional Engineer or actively pursuing licensure is essential for this role. Your ability to navigate permitting processes, coupled with a strong background in civil engineering, will be critical for delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead execution of mid-to-large-scale energy infrastructure projects • Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing • Collaborate with teams and clients to achieve project goals • Oversee project billing and quality assurance of deliverables • Prepare and present compelling project proposals

Requirements: • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field, Master’s preferred • Over 10 years of project management experience • Professional Engineering License preferred or in progress • Familiar with land use approvals in the Midwest • Proficient in MicroStation, AutoCAD/Civil 3D
