Lead / Senior Product Developer – Outdoor Furniture

About Woven+Woven+ is a Dutch international outdoor furniture company focused on quality, design-driven collections. We develop and produce our collections in Indonesia, working closely with a strong network of suppliers and craftsmen. Our focus is on aesthetics, durability and premium finishing.

The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead / Senior Product Developer who can take full ownership of our product development.

You will be responsible for translating design concepts into commercially strong, technically sound high-end outdoor furniture, with a strong focus on materials, construction and finishing.

This is a key position within the company, directly impacting the quality and success of our collections.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full product development processTranslate design concepts into production-ready outdoor furnitureEnsure high-level detailing, finishing and overall product qualityOptimize construction, materials and durability for outdoor useWork closely with suppliers and production partners in IndonesiaIdentify and solve technical and aesthetic challengesPrepare proposals and solutions for management decision-making

Profile

Experience (required)10+ years experience in furniture product developmentProven experience with outdoor furnitureExperience with materials such as:metal frames (aluminium / steel)outdoor fabricswicker / rope  woven constructionsteakwood

Candidates without outdoor experience will not be considered.

• Experience with woven furniture (preferred)You have knowledge of wicker / rope techniques, patterns and finishing quality.
