Lead Software Engineer

We are looking to speak to Lead/ Principal Software Engineers!

In this role, you will partner with client teams to take challenges from early problem definition through to well-designed, practical solutions, across both new builds and existing systems.

What we’re looking for:10+ years of experience working in multi-team or multi-squad environments, with progression into architecture or senior technical leadership rolesExperience across a variety of settings, including product teams, consultancy-style environments, and large-scale organisationsA curious, pragmatic problem-solver who balances technical excellence with delivering the right outcomesA strong mentor who actively develops future technical leaders and promotes continuous learningAn excellent communicator who collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and believes the best results come from working togetherPreferred Tech Stacks: Java, GO, AWS
