Lead UX Designer, Strategy & Innovation (Remote)

ATPCO, a leader in flight shopping data, is searching for a talented Principal UX Designer to collaborate on bringing new data solutions to the airline industry. In this role, you’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and sales to champion user experience (UX) throughout the product lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

• Lead UX efforts for the 3Victors team, including strategy and execution
• Champion design best practices across all stages of product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback
• Facilitate workshops with team members and customers
• Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation
• Partner with UX research to uncover user needs and inform design decisions
• Communicate UX effectively through wireframes, prototypes, and presentations
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior data
• Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

You’re the ideal candidate if you have:

• Experience as a lead UX designer in technical/design teams (5+ years)
• A history of successfully delivering software applications
• Experience implementing best-in-class design and development practices
• Project planning, resource management, and Agile/Scrum expertise
• Team leadership experience (developers, testers, analysts, architects)
• Experience tracking project metrics and identifying trends
• A strong design portfolio showcasing your contributions
• Knowledge of ATPCO data (a plus)
• A bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, computer science, or a related field
