Lean Manufacturing Engineer Based in Dungannon, my client is a very well-established medium-sized recycling machinery manufacturing company. They are currently seeking to recruit a Lean Manufacturing Engineer who is keen to make a lot of changes within their business. Role - Lean Manufacturing Engineer Developing and deploying lean processes aligned with business objectives. Analysing manufacturing, fabrication and business support processes to identify waste, bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Leading cross-functional improvement projects to optimise throughput, reduce lead times, and improve quality.

Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to track progress and sustain gains. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process-related issues. Person - Lean Manufacturing Engineer Experience in Lean Manufacturing Engineering / Continuous Improvement roles within the manufacturing sector.
