Job Description
- Manage and maintain legal documents, files, and records in an organized and secure manner.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for attorneys and other team members.
- Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and ensuring timely communication.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting for the legal team.
- Assist in preparing materials for court filings and legal proceedings.
- Support the team in administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.

The Successful Applicant
- A strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
