Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLegal Administrative AssistantPosition SummaryGreenberg Gross LLP is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and legal team members. This role is ideal for someone with prior law firm experience who excels at keeping people, calendars, communications, and projects organized.Responsibilities· Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team members.· Manage calendars, schedule meetings and calls, and coordinate travel and logistics.· Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal team members.· Professionally manage correspondence, calls, and follow-up communications.· Support attorneys and team leadership by helping track priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.· Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.Qualifications· 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, legal assistant, or similar support role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.· Strong client service mindset and professional judgment.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and software.· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.· Legal industry experience preferred.
