We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As a Legal Secretary at Radoslovich | Shapiro, PC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for attorneys. * Document Preparation: Drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents, correspondence, and reports. * Client Interaction: Communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. * File Management: Maintaining and organizing both electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible. You must have an ownership mentality over your cases and files. * Court Filings: Preparing and filing legal documents with the court, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and procedural requirements. * Research Assistance: Conducting legal research and compiling relevant information for attorneys.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Skills: * * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. * Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures. * Experience with Clio a plus.
