Job Description
Management and leadership: Supervise all departments and staff, coordinate work schedules, hire and evaluate employees, and foster a positive environment.
Financial management: Oversee budgeting, manage expenses and accounting, and ensure the financial health of the facility.
Resident care: Ensure high-quality care, coordinate medical and health services, manage resident admissions and discharges, and address resident and family concerns.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all state and federal regulations, and stay updated on changes in the industry.
Facility operations: Manage the physical upkeep of the facility, including maintenance and repair, and oversee the purchase of necessary supplies and equipment.
Administration: Develop and implement policies, manage resident records, and maintain accurate documentation.
Licensure: Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Maryland
