Compensation: $75,000–$180,000/year (trade, experience, and performance plan dependent)

What You'll Do

• Perform residential service, repair, and installation in your licensed trade

• Diagnose issues accurately and deliver honest, effective solutions

• Provide exceptional customer service on every call

• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site

• Complete all job documentation accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

• Licensed or test-ready in your trade (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Drain)

• Proven residential service experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills

• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
