Lighting Designer

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for design and previous design experience. The successful candidate will have the following:

• You will be proficient in computer aided design programs such as AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange Editor, and lighting calculation software such as DIALux Evo• Proven design experience• Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focussed mindset• Ability to work autonomously, self-manage projects and a proactive 'can do' attitude• Strong decision making and time management skills• Quick learner who has a desire to grow professionally, identify areas for improvement and takeinitiative

What you'll be responsible for:

• Manage end-to-end design projects, collaborating with the projects team to ensure smoothdelivery and mitigate risks• Ensure all design work aligns with product specifications, project targets, and company goals.• Stay updated on industry technology and provide site commissioning support to enhance projectoutcomes• Prioritise tasks effectively, making informed decisions to resolve issues and maintain progress• Support the design team with scheduling, collaboration, and efficient workload management
