Our prominent downtown Toronto client is looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to significantly grow their existing book of business.

• The following areas of experience are of particular interest:
• Business, Corporate Commercial or Franchise Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Power of Sale / Foreclosure, Real Estate / Mortgage Lending and Estates Litigation
• NOT Family Law, Criminal Law or Insurance Defense
• Compensation is based on a graduated percentage of billings

Requirements

• 4+ years' of post-call experience working in Litigation
• Have a roster of clients to partially sustain, but capacity & eagerness to manage much more
• Own book of at least $250K preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Expected Compensation range: $200,000 to $350,000. This is a new position for the firm.
