Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA general practice firm in the northeast Atlanta metro area is seeking a Paralegal with approximately 2+ years of litigation experience to support a partner within a specialized civil litigation practice focused on sex trafficking-related matters.ResponsibilitiesSupport civil litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft and prepare routine pleadings, discovery, and correspondence File documents in state and federal courts (electronic filing systems required)Manage case calendars, deadlines, and docketing Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and discovery materials Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as needed Qualifications2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred) Experience with state and federal court e-filing systems requiredStrong understanding of litigation procedures and deadlines Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with professionalism and discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced, partner-led environment
