Responsibilities:

• Drive daily logistics operations, including shipping, inventory management, and on-time delivery performance
• Develop and track monthly reports on timelines, productivity, and key corporate metrics
• Lead training, development, and performance growth of logistics team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze purchase orders against inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce shipping costs
• Monitor inventory availability to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity
• Coordinate shipments and manage courier/vendor networks to meet delivery timelines
• Streamline and standardize logistics processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions to leadership
• Audit vendor invoices and support month-end financial accruals in partnership with finance
• Oversee logistics documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Manage fleet, vehicles, and company assets, coordinating maintenance as needed
• Coordinate the delivery of equipment, materials, and supplies to support project execution
• Support facility and building management, including maintenance coordination
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success
• Must be flexible to travel on short notice, including potential international travel; valid passport required

Experience:

• 5+ years in warehouse management and inventory control
• Proven ability to develop and implement warehouse/logistics standards
• Industry experience, preferred
• Mechanical aptitude, preferred
• Experience with job cost control, preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
