Responsibilities:
- Drive daily logistics operations, including shipping, inventory management, and on-time delivery performance
- Develop and track monthly reports on timelines, productivity, and key corporate metrics
- Lead training, development, and performance growth of logistics team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze purchase orders against inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce shipping costs
- Monitor inventory availability to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity
- Coordinate shipments and manage courier/vendor networks to meet delivery timelines
- Streamline and standardize logistics processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions to leadership
- Audit vendor invoices and support month-end financial accruals in partnership with finance
- Oversee logistics documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Manage fleet, vehicles, and company assets, coordinating maintenance as needed
- Coordinate the delivery of equipment, materials, and supplies to support project execution
- Support facility and building management, including maintenance coordination
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success
- Must be flexible to travel on short notice, including potential international travel; valid passport required
Experience:
- 5+ years in warehouse management and inventory control
- Proven ability to develop and implement warehouse/logistics standards
- Industry experience, preferred
- Mechanical aptitude, preferred
- Experience with job cost control, preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
