Mayo Clinic - - Responsibilities: Support accurate receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing, and storage of products; Interact with suppliers regarding expediting, returns, and resolving invoice/receipt problems; Provide support for SCM - Logistics; handle high volume of incoming requests via phone, mail, and fax; Research and resolve problem transactions related to Invoices not Received and Received not Invoiced; Identify trends causing processing delays and collaborate to implement long-term solutions
