Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Busy Software and a strong understanding of dispatch planning, inventory control, and transportation management to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and monitor end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.Manage transportation vendors, negotiate freight rates, and ensure cost efficiency.Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement using Busy Software.Ensure proper documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport records.Track shipments and resolve any delays or logistical issues proactively.Monitor warehouse operations including storage, handling, and dispatch processes.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management review.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in logistics within the manufacturing industry.Mandatory experience in Busy Software for inventory and billing management.Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory control, and transportation management.Familiarity with GST, e-way bill system, and logistics documentation.Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:Experience in handling bulk dispatch and dealer distribution networks.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Analytical mindset with focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
