Logic LC is seeking two dependable and skilled Low Voltage Technician II professionals to support the installation and maintenance of access control systems, security cameras, and low-voltage infrastructure on commercial and industrial sites. This role is ideal for intermediate-level technicians ready to take ownership of independent installs, assist with troubleshooting, and contribute to team-wide project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Technical Tasks
- Perform independent installation of access control systems, security cameras, and alarm systems.
- Complete cabling, conduit work, wire termination, and hardware mounting with precision.
- Execute basic system programming and assist senior technicians on complex programming.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve standard technical and connectivity issues in the field.
- Provide on-site customer support and document all service resolutions.
- Escalate advanced technical issues appropriately to senior staff.
- Operational Efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized work environments and adhere to safety standards.
- Follow company SOPs and document all completed work in project management tools.
- Ensure proper care and use of tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Team Support & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide junior technicians (Tech I) in installation techniques and safety practices.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors to ensure successful project execution.
- Offer insights into job-site challenges and process improvement opportunities.
- Required Experience & Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5+ years preferred (strong candidates with less experience encouraged to apply) of experience in access control, low-voltage systems, or IT/network installations.
- Technical certifications preferred but not required at time of hire.
- Technical Skills
- Strong familiarity with access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and hardware installation.
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and documentation software.
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform standard system integrations.
- Certifications
- Required:
- OSHA 10 Certification
- BICSI Level I Certification
- Preferred:
- OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to complete within 18 months)
- BICSI Level II Copper Certification (to be completed within 12 months)
- Manufacturer certifications in access control, CCTV, or networking
