Andromeda (Constellation Software Inc.) is seeking a Business Development Professional to expand coverage of Indian Vertical Market Software businesses. This role is focused on outbound M&A origination, founder relationship building, and market research across India.You will identify, engage, and nurture long term relationships with founders, CEOs, and intermediaries (investment banks, brokers, law and accounting firms) as part of Constellation's long term acquisition strategy.What You'll DoSource and manage acquisition targets using SalesforceExecute outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and trade showsCommunicate Constellation Software's value proposition to founders and advisorsBuild and maintain a strong M&A pipeline through consistent activity and meetingsConduct company, market, and C suite research before engagementsAttend industry events and trade shows representing AndromedaSupport early stage M&A processes including document exchangeTrack all activity, outreach, and outcomes in SalesforceWhat We're Looking For5+ years in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or M&A/Finance rolesStrong experience in outbound sourcing / originationExcellent English communication and professional presenceStrong research, analytical, and relationship building skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and research toolsSelf starter mindset with high ownership, persistence, and curiosityGenuine interest in M&A and software investingWhy Andromeda / Constellation SoftwareGlobal leader in software acquisitionsLong term, relationship driven M&A approachHigh autonomy and exposure to founders and leadershipOpportunity to shape India expansion strategy
