Peet's Coffee - - Responsibilities: Support manufacturing operations by understanding the functionality and operation of all machinery; Monitor equipment and processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and product quality; Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on all roasting and packaging equipment; Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues on production equipment; Maintain equipment in safe, efficient operating condition, targeting 90% or higher machine uptime
