Responsibilities and DutiesThe Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:Perform any and all property maintenance needsPrepare apartments for new residentsCompletes work ordersBasic CarpentryPlumbingElectrical SystemsMechanical SystemsSmall Appliance RepairMaintenance of the property grounds and common areasHVAC service and repair (willing to train)Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
