Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Management Trainee – Project Executive to support project execution and business operations across teams. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and involves close coordination between UK and India teams to ensure seamless execution of ongoing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects and drive regular follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders Track progress of tasks and ensure timelines and deliverables are met Conduct business research, data collection, and basic analysis to support decision-making Assist senior leadership in day-to-day execution and operational priorities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle cross-team coordination Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations (Excel / PowerPoint) Act as a key link between UK and India teams to ensure effective communication Requirements Strong organizational and execution skills Clear and professional communication (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High ownership mindset and attention to detail 0–2 years of experience (internships or similar roles preferred) Valid UK work permit is mandatory What You’ll Gain Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making Hands-on experience in project execution and business operations International exposure working across UK–India teams Steep learning curve with real responsibility from day one
