Job Description
The Manager for the AI-Ready Enterprise Initiative will play a pivotal role in driving SGTech’s flagship programme to accelerate AI adoption among SMEs and strengthen industry standards.
This role spans ecosystem development, partner engagement, programme design and delivery, and product roadmap planning, including the development of the AI-Ready Badge Recognition framework and the AI-Ready Enterprise Portal that lists AI solutions, starter kits and curated bundles. You will work closely with the Reporting Supervisor and colleagues across teams to build and scale the initiative, develop product features, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including technology solution providers, and deliver programmes that guide SMEs through the AI readiness and capability building journey.
- Partnership & Ecosystem Development Identify, source, and onboard new ecosystem partners across technology providers, consultants, training partners, cloud platforms, and industry collaborators. Develop partnership tiers (Foundational, Engaged, Operational, Transformational) and value propositions aligned with initiative goals. Drive outreach to solution providers for participation in: AI-Starter Kits AI-Ready Badge recognition Portal listings and advertorial placements Lead direct engagement and discussions with partners to articulate programme value propositions and secure participation, collaboration, or sponsorship support.Manage relationships with partners to ensure high quality contributions and sustained engagement.
- Programme Planning & Execution Lead the planning, organisation and execution of key AI-Ready Enterprise activities, including: Learning & awareness workshops Skills and experimentation sessions Pilot scoping and workflow mapping Vendor matchmaking activities Community and ecosystem engagements Ensure programme KPIs are met
- Product Roadmap & Development Support Work closely with the Reporting Supervisor to shape the product roadmap for the AI-Ready Enterprise Initiative, including: AI-Ready Badge Recognition (Solution Providers) Support design and refinement of the badge assessment framework and accreditation tiers. Coordinate documentation submission workflows and accreditation processes. Oversee partner onboarding, renewal cycles, and badge visibility across platforms (portal, Starter Kits, marketing collateral). AI-Ready Enterprise Portal Support backend and frontend requirements gathering, user journey mapping, and platform feature planning. Manage listings of solutions, starter kits, consultants, and ecosystem resources. Work with product and tech teams to enhance portal functionality (e.g., recommendation engine, search filters, templates). AI Starter Kits Collaborate with partners to curate bundled AI solutions for SMEs. Ensure industry specific relevance and cross selling opportunities. Support pricing model design, discount structures, bundle promotion, and matching processes.
- Stakeholder Management Liaise with Enterprise Singapore, SGTech members, SMEs, and other agencies involved in the initiative. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for council meetings, grant reviews, and partner engagements.
- Marketing & Outreach Support development of marketing materials, thought leadership, and outreach campaigns to promote: Programme activities AI Starter Kits Badge framework Portal features Work with comms teams to coordinate webinars, content releases (use cases, case studies, demo videos), and events.
- Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking Track adoption metrics, partner participation, SME outcomes, and initiative KPIs. Provide timely updates for grant reporting, internal reviews, and council papers. Identify gaps and opportunities for improving programme and product performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Innovation, or a related discipline. Background in digital transformation, AI programmes, or ecosystem development is an advantage.
Experience 3–5 years of experience in programme management, partnership management, product coordination, or industry development. Experience working with technology vendors, SMEs, or government agencies preferred.
Skills & Competencies Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building capabilities. Commercial and business development mindset, with experience navigating partnership negotiations and closing mutually beneficial agreements.Project and programme management skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams. Understanding of AI, digitalisation, or SME technology adoption landscapes.
Good analytical, communications, and presentation skills. Ability to plan, operationalise, and co-deliver programmes with external stakeholders.
