Job Description
NUS-ISS is seeking an experienced HR professional to join NUS‑ISS, with a strong focus on strategic HR business partnering, organisational change, and workforce transformation. This role partners closely with leaders and managers to drive people strategies, in addition to overseeing recruitment, HR initiatives, and key HR programmes.
- Strategic HR Business PartneringAct as a trusted HR partner to line managers, providing strategic people advices, organisational, and change‑related matters. Translate business priorities into HR strategies and workforce plans. Lead and support change management initiatives, including capability transformation. Drive employee engagement, culture‑building, and leadership effectiveness initiatives. Provide guidance to line managers on talent development, succession planning, and employee relations. Advise on HR policies, practices, and people‑related decisions with a strong risk and governance lens.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage end-to-end recruitment process.Provide input on recruitment and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business needs.Partner hiring managers on talent requirements and hiring strategies. 3. HR Project, Transformation & ChangeLead HR transformation initiatives, including: HR digitalisation and HR‑IT enhancementsProcess redesign and standardisationDrive continuous improvement of HR services to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Leverage HR data and analytics to support decision‑making and workforce insights.
- HR Governance & OperationsAccountable HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.Ensure compliance and maintain data integrity, HRIS accuracy, and audit readiness.Support the review and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
RequirementsDegree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field. At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, workforce planning and HR transformation projects Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex people issues. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR governance, and best practices.
Experience leading or supporting change management and HR transformation initiatives. Proficiency in HR systems and analytics tools (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors).
Strong communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.
