Job Title: Manager - Electrical (Rolling Mill) Location: Raurkela Odisha Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled Manager - Electrical to lead electrical operations and maintenance in a Hot Rolling Mill. The role focuses on ensuring high equipment availability, reducing breakdowns, improving energy efficiency, and maintaining strict safety standards while supporting production targets.Key Responsibilities:Oversee maintenance and operation of electrical systems including PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control panelsEnsure minimum downtime through effective breakdown management and root cause analysisPlan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedulesDrive energy optimization initiatives and monitor power consumptionEnsure compliance with all electrical safety and EHS regulationsLead and manage the electrical team, including training and performance monitoringCoordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operationsKey Requirements:10 years of experience in electrical maintenance in Hot Rolling MillsStrong technical expertise in industrial electrical systems and automationProven leadership and team management capabilitiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to handle shift operations and emergency breakdownsKey Focus Areas: Equipment uptime, breakdown reduction, maintenance efficiency, energy savings, safety compliance, and team performance
