About the Role

This position directly reports to the Vertical head. The job involves maintaining and closing books of accounts accurately, financial reporting (management and statutory), preparation of various MIS reports, reviewing tasks of the team, managing cash flow, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the vertical team and manage accounts head responsibilities including accounting, reporting, cash operations, tax compliance and internal/statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with DOA in all transactions and formal dealings.
• Interact with different departments and follow up for information/reports.
• Monthly closing of books of accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports in standard formats and submit them on a periodic basis.

Desired Skills and Abilities

• Qualification/Experience: Experienced CA.
• Sound knowledge of financial/accounting.
• Experience with Big 4 is an added advantage.
• Problem‑solving skills (conceptual and analytical thinking).
• Proprietary thinking.
• Proficient in Tally and MS Office.

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of post qualification experience working in Big 4 or Industry.
