Job Description
Headway Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd is looking for a dynamic finance professional who understands the nuances of Indian compliance and has hands-on experience supporting recruitment agencies working with SIs, Implementation Partners, and software clients.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🕒 Work Mode: Work from Office
📅 Working Days: 5 Days (Monday – Friday)
⏰ Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexibility may be required based on business needs)
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
🔹 Handle client coordination for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
🔹 Raise and manage invoices aligned with client agreements and billing cycles
🔹 Work closely with recruitment teams to track and validate consultant timesheets
🔹 Ensure accurate payroll processing for consultants and internal employees
🔹 Manage statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax
🔹 Oversee monthly closures, financial reporting, and audit readiness
🔹 Track revenue, margins, and profitability across clients and projects
🔹 Ensure compliance with contracts related to SIs, Implementation Partners, and direct clients
🔹 Identify and implement process improvements in finance operations

🔹 Hands-on experience with client billing, contractor payroll, and compliance
🔹 Solid understanding of SI / Implementation Partner billing models

🔹 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
🔹 Strong communication skills for client and internal stakeholder management
