Finance Manager Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Location: Orlando, FL

About the Opportunity This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible, business-facing Finance Manager role supporting a large, multi-site healthcare organization. In this position, you'll act as a key partner to operational leadership, helping translate financial data into insights that support day-to-day and strategic decision-making.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working closely with non-finance leaders and being directly involved in understanding and improving business performance.

What You'll Be Doing • Serve as a financial partner to operational leadership across multiple locations • Lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned areas • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights • Prepare and present financial results to managers and leadership teams • Support reporting initiatives, special projects, and operational improvements • Perform data analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making • Collaborate across departments to align financial and operational goals

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 3-6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or public accounting • Strong Excel skills; Power BI or data visualization tools a plus • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Strong communication skills and ability to present to non-finance stakeholders • Collaborative mindset with strong curiosity and attention to detail
