Manager (QA & Logistic, Planning & Dispatch)

JOB TITLE - Manager (QA & Logistic, Planning & Dispatch)Job Location: Mineral Plant at, Gauthapur, Shadnagar, Hyderabad Telengana Manage day-to-day mineral chemical laboratory operations and ensure accurate qualityanalysis of minerals and raw materials. Perform chemical and physical analysis of mines raw material samples and all dispatchproduct lots. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analytical equipment such as XRF, MalvernParticle Size Analyzer, Sieve Shaker, and Pot Mill.

Monitor production quality, dispatch material quality, and product specifications as percompany standards. Supervise sample collection and preparation activities to ensure accuracy and compliancewith standard procedures. Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory records, reports, and documentation in accordancewith ISO standards.

Monitor dispatch activities, logistics coordination, and weighbridge operations. Apply knowledge of sampling techniques, material handling, crushing, and grindingprocesses in quality control activities. Participate in internal quality audits, customer audits, and ensure compliance with qualitysystems and procedures.

Coordinate effectively with production, dispatch, and management teams for smoothoperational flow. Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and attention to detail in all laboratory activities.Qualifications& experienceB.E(Chemical)/Metallurgy/Ceramic /M.Sc. Chemistry or relevant experience10 years' experience of relevant experience in mineral processing plant or similarproduct plant.Preferably Experience in Feldspar/Quartz/industrial Mineral Processing PlantsExposure to quality control and dispatch Operations
