Job Title: Manager - Sales AdminLocation: Vadodara, GujaratExperience Required: 8+ Yrs YearsIndustry: Pharmaceutical / HealthcareJob Summary:We are looking for a Senior Sales Admin Manager to lead and manage backend sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, supply chain, and customers. The role requires strong control over order processing, MIS, dispatch planning, and commercial documentation.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end sales administration and backend operationsHandle order processing, billing coordination, and dispatch planningCoordinate closely with sales team, distributors, and third-party manufacturersMonitor order status, pending dispatches, and ensure timely deliveriesPrepare and analyze MIS reports (sales, stock, outstanding, dispatch)Manage customer documentation, agreements, and compliance recordsTrack receivables, outstanding payments, and follow-ups with clientsEnsure accuracy in pricing, schemes, and commercial termsStreamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce delaysRequired Skills:Strong experience in pharma sales coordination / sales adminExcellent command over MIS reporting and Excel (advanced level preferred)Good understanding of dispatch, logistics, and inventory flowStrong coordination and follow-up skillsCommercial awareness (billing, pricing, margins, outstanding)Qualification:Graduate (B.Sc B.Pharm preferred)Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG sales backend operationsExposure to distributor management and third-party manufacturingAbility to handle high-volume order processing and pressure situationsStrong organizational and communication skillsSalary:As per industry standards (no bar for the right candidate)Additional Information:Immediate joiners preferredStable career background will be preferredContact details - HR Parul Pharmaceuticals
