Position: Manager – Software Implementation & Data Analysis Company Name: Vivek Travels Pvt. Ltd. Workings Days: 6 Location: Netaji Subhash Place Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and technically strong professional for the role of Software Implementation & Data Analyst.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in internal software implementation , data analysis, process optimization, and should be comfortable working with modern AI tools and coding technologies .The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement internal software solutions, analyze business and operational data, improve workflows, and support automation initiatives using AI-driven tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage internal software implementation projects across departments Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions Coordinate with development, operations, and management teams for smooth software deployment Perform data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation for business insights Monitor software performance and recommend process improvements Use AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, automation, and workflow efficiency Support troubleshooting, testing, user training, and post-implementation support Work on coding, scripting, and data handling tasks as required Maintain implementation documentation, SOPs, and user manuals Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with internal standards Skills & Qualifications BCA/ Btech is mandatory. Additional certifications in Data Analytics, AI, or Software Technologies will be an advantage Salary Package upto 7 lpa. 5–8 years of experience in internal software implementation, data analysis, system support, and process automation.

Experience with ERP/CRM or other business software systems, along with databases, APIs, system integrations, and reporting tools like Excel or Power BI. Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms, and coding languages like SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to train and support users in a process-driven environment.
