Belfast or Manchester hybrid - Senior Java Consultant or Lead Consultant Belfast and Manchester | 5+ years of experience | Hybrid 2-3 days on-site | Up to £50,000 DOE + bonus | British passport or ILR mandatory | Perm Lead Consultant role in Manchester : £54,000-£64,000 + £5,100 in cash benefits *Fullstack (Java+AWS+AngularJS) IN LEEDS : Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site (mandatory) | 5+ years of experience| Perm / Full-time | £65,000 - £80,000 base + 10% annual variable bonus | British passport, ILR or Dependent Visa ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer who will design and deliver modern solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working within cross-functional teams, you’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle - from concept through to deployment and maintenance. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java applications Participate in the full SDLC (design, development, deployment, maintenance) Contribute to system architecture and solution design Build and secure RESTful APIs Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders Troubleshoot production issues and optimise performance Create and maintain technical documentation Share knowledge and mentor junior developers Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements For the Lead Consultants : additional duties: juniors mentoring, driving digital transformation and building trusted relationships with the clients. Salary: Depending on your experience and performance during the interview process: Belfast: £40,000-£45,000 + £600 in cash benefits Manchester/Newcastle: £45,000-£50,000 + £600 in cash benefits Lead Consultant role in Manchester : £54,000-£64,000 + £5,100 in cash benefits Interview process: Technical interview with pair programming - 1h Culture fit - 1h
