Working within cross-functional teams, you’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle - from concept through to deployment and maintenance. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java applications Participate in the full SDLC (design, development, deployment, maintenance) Contribute to system architecture and solution design Build and secure RESTful APIs Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders Troubleshoot production issues and optimise performance Create and maintain technical documentation Share knowledge and mentor junior developers Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements For the Lead Consultants : additional duties: juniors mentoring, driving digital transformation and building trusted relationships with the clients. Salary: Depending on your experience and performance during the interview process: Belfast: £40,000-£45,000 + £600 in cash benefits Manchester/Newcastle: £45,000-£50,000 + £600 in cash benefits Lead Consultant role in Manchester : £54,000-£64,000 + £5,100 in cash benefits Interview process: Technical interview with pair programming - 1h Culture fit - 1h
