Manufacturing Technician HighlightsThis position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsThe required availability for this position is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMOvertime is required as needed Manufacturing Technician ResponsibilitiesManufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products using production equipmentWeigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure proper batch formulationPerform in-process testing to ensure products meet specificationsSupport validation of processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilizationPrepare solutions, powders, and liquids according to batch requirementsHandle removal and disposal of waste chemicals, solvents, and acidsAssist with onboarding and training support for new employees or proceduresSupport supervisors and leads as neededRecommend continuous improvement solutions to enhance operational efficiencyFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and housekeeping procedures
Manufacturing Technician RequirementsExperience weighing and measuring raw materialsHands-on experience with pipettesExperience with filtration and dilution processesAbility to work in a regulated/GMP environmentStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh School Diploma or GEDAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Manufacturing Technician Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or lab environment
