Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Market VP of Patient Safety & Risk Management for an exciting Travel or Local job in Asheville, NC.Responsibilities:Lead patient safety and risk management programs across multiple facilitiesDrive clinical excellence, safety culture, and risk reduction initiativesIdentify, assess, and mitigate patient safety risksOversee risk management, compliance, and claims activitiesLead process improvement and quality outcome initiativesEnsure compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, and AHCA standardsExecute and manage annual patient safety programsCollaborate with executive leadership on safety and quality strategyProvide patient safety education and training across facilitiesSupport regulatory readiness and survey preparednessLead and mentor multi-site clinical and safety teamsBuild strong relationships with executive and clinical stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in a clinically related field (RN preferred)Minimum 4+ years leadership experience in patient safety, quality, or risk management in acute careStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance and patient safety systemsExperience leading multi-site healthcare teamsActive clinical license (RN preferred)CPPS certification requiredPreferred:Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MSN, or related field)Experience in multi-facility healthcare systemsStrong understanding of healthcare quality frameworks and safety culture developmentFor more details contact at [email protected] or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
