Marketing and Operations Coordinator – Toronto Office
SBA Lawyers LLP is a boutique Insurance Defence firm looking for a Marketing and Operations coordinator, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the legal industry. The role will oversee all facets of event planning, marketing, CRM management and operations.

Marketing
- Planning external client events and bringing creative and new ideas
- Managing the firm’s CRM system to ensure it is up to date to assist in sending out invites to clients
- Managing social media platforms and our marketing campaigns – experience with Canva or more advanced programs is a huge asset
- Coordinating client webinars, seminars, speaking engagements, conferences and more!
Operations
Work directly with the Chief Operating Officer on various facets of operations and facilities management.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a marketing background, a creative eye, ability to create and design marketing materials and adds to our firm’s collegial spirit.
This is a hybrid position, with 2 days in office to connect and collaborate in person with a fun and energetic team!
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package ranging from $60,000–$80,000 based on experience.
