Reporting Relationship
This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, projects and events across Hopewell Residential’s communities and housing portfolio. Working closely with the Marketing team, this role helps deliver consistent, customer-first marketing across all stages of the customer lifecycle — from awareness through purchase, ownership, and advocacy.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone with experience in retail and/or e‑commerce marketing who understands how to connect brand, digital, and on-site experiences across multiple touchpoints (website, communications, sales centres, and show homes).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects across all business streams, including land development, single-family, and multi-family;
- Maintain project timelines, updates, and coordination across internal teams and partners;
- Oversee websites, touchscreens, and digital assets, ensuring content accuracy and timely updates;
- Contribute to social media, email, and customer communications;
- Support sales centres and show homes, with a focus on customer journey and pathing;
- Assist with lifecycle and flywheel marketing initiatives, supporting prospecting, purchase, ownership, and referral stages;
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience and other departments on lifecycle related projects, collateral, events and assets;
- Coordinate production of brochures, sales collateral, and other marketing materials;
- Manage budgets, invoices, and monthly reconciliations for assigned projects;
- Assist with preparation and submission of industry award entries
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing-related experience
- Proven experience coordinating and delivering marketing projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of retail and/or e‑commerce marketing
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Pardot is an asset
- Experience in residential construction or real estate is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle
- Interest in and awareness of the competitive landscape
Working Conditions
Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work is required for events and show home openings. Some travel is required.
