Job Description
Marketing Coordinator – Credit Card Acquisition (12-Month Contract)
Location: 3 days/week onsite – Toronto
Pay Rates:
T4: 30.85 - 32
IC: 35 - 38
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Program Execution
- Support the planning, development, and execution of acquisition campaigns and marketing programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral aligned with brand standards.
- Assist with creative development, QA, and campaign performance tracking.
Strategic & Advisory Support
- Provide recommendations and support solutions based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives with internal and external partners.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, Line of Business partners, vendors, and agencies.
Data & Operational Management
- Collect, organize, and present data in regular and ad-hoc reports or dashboards.
- Support operational program planning and implementation under guidance from marketing managers.
- Maintain and update website product and marketing pages.
- Coordinate translation and regulatory approvals for materials.
- Support production, distribution, and inventory management of marketing collateral, including branch assets.
- Review and provide feedback on marketing assets to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Experience in financial services is an asset.
- French language skills are an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and keep teams on track.
- Collaborative team player with influence and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to creating excellent experiences.
- Curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
