Hiring: DGM/GM - Marketing & Communication (Beauty)

Location: Mumbai CTC: Up to 42 LPA Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory) Experience: 8-15 Years - Senior Leadership Role

We are hiring for a senior marketing leadership role with a leading, premium omnichannel retail organization in the beauty & lifestyle space, known for its strong brand presence and consumer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide strategic direction to strengthen brand positioning and visibility• Lead omnichannel marketing (retail & digital) for the beauty category• Plan and execute national campaigns, promotions & events to drive footfall and sales• Develop and implement annual marketing & PR calendar (national & regional)• Analyze store-wise and region-wise performance to drive growth strategies• Collaborate with brands, media, and external agencies for impactful campaigns• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure effective utilization• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams

Ideal Candidate:• MBA in Marketing• Strong experience in retail/fashion/consumer marketing• Minimum 5 years in beauty category (mandatory)• Must have worked directly with brands (not agency-only background)• Strong analytical, commercial & leadership capabilities• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
