Marketing Manager - Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a well-established but rapidly growing 100+ year-old medical device/pharmaceutical company to hire a Marketing Manager to drive product launches, sales enablement, and demand generation across a diverse medical device/pharma portfolio.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on turning strategy into execution—working closely with Sales, Product Development, and Clinical Affairsto bring products to market and accelerate growth.

This position will pay a base salary between 120-145K, depending on experience and fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market execution for product launches and line extensions
• Develop messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools
• Support sales teams with training materials, presentations, and campaigns
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, email, etc.)
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Regulatory, and Marketing teams
• Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data and feedback

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in medical device, pharma, or a regulated healthcare product
• Proven experience supporting sales teams and launching products
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Excellent Technical Skills: MS Office Suite, CRM Systems, Marketo/Hubspot
• Ability to translate technical/clinical concepts into clear messaging
