Job Description
Ethos Software is seeking a hands‑on and strategically minded Marketing Manager to lead execution of marketing initiatives across its healthcare and life sciences portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening market positioning, supporting growth objectives, and driving coordinated marketing programs that improve awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate has at least five years of marketing experience in Med Tech.
SaaS experience is a strong plus. This person should be skilled across both upstream and downstream marketing and capable of building messaging, campaigns, content, and commercial support tools in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company growth priorities Support positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across portfolio offerings Lead both upstream and downstream marketing initiatives, including market insight development, segmentation, value proposition work, launch support, campaign execution, and sales enablement Create and manage marketing content such as one-pagers, presentations, website copy, email campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership materials Partner with sales leadership to improve campaign alignment, lead quality, and conversion support Help refine target personas, customer pain points, use cases, and value propositions Support digital marketing efforts across web, email, LinkedIn, webinars, and other relevant channels Coordinate with product, sales, executive leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment across messaging and execution Track and report on marketing activity, campaign performance, and contribution to pipeline Bring structure, consistency, and executional follow-through to the marketing function Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field 5+ years of marketing experience in Med Tech Strong understanding of both upstream and downstream marketing Experience developing messaging, content, and campaigns that support commercial growth Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyExperience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growing organization Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry audiences Background in product marketing, demand generation, and commercial enablement Experience supporting both strategic planning and day-to-day execution Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
