As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic end-to-end Executive Engagement programming inclusive of cross business unit executive briefings and 1:1 meeting.
The role will lead how Client executives engage with executive level contacts from our highest priority accounts, strategic partners and select organizations and groups. You will serve as a strategic connector in service of deepening trust and long-term value, operate as the center of gravity for executive storytelling, programming and innovation, and act as the steward of quality and consistency ensuring every touchpoint reflects the excellence of the Client brand.
In the role, you will challenge the status quo, take intelligent risks and push our executive engagement program forward. You will act as a lead consultant for executive engagement programs that complement business priorities and narratives.
You will partner effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, and some external agencies and vendors. This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional business strategy, unique ability to influence people, and solve complex challenges. The ideal candidate also needs to be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and comfortable pivoting as necessary in real-time.
