Marketing & Operations Assistant (Atlanta)
OnArdhi "Let's Build Together"
Job Description
OnArdhi is a direct private lender of fix-and-flip, bridge, DSCR rental, and ground-up construction loans across 20+ states. We are one of a handful of lenders in the U.S. closing loans directly on the blockchain as well as AI integrated processes. We went live as a direct lender entering our 3rd year since founding earlier this year and we're growing fast.
This has created a great opportunity to join our team. The pipeline is real. The growth is real.
The pipeline is real. The growth is real.
Role Description
This is a ground-floor seat at a fast-scaling fintech lender. You will own two lanes - operations and marketing - simultaneously. Our founder is a high-output communicator who needs a sharp executor: someone who can take a whiteboard idea and turn it into a campaign, a Salesforce workflow, or a client email.
Operations (50%)
• Manage active loan files - appraisals, title, insurance, credit, wire coordination
• Own the Salesforce CRM: pipeline stages, contact logging, reports, follow-up queues
• Maintain borrower touchpoints on active loans
• Coordinate file handoffs with capital markets and third-party vendors
Marketing (50%)
• Execute weekly email campaigns via Constant Contact
• Manage daily social media - Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X
• Support PPC monitoring across Google, Meta, and Bing
• Maintain marketing collateral library; assist with blog content and broker outreach
Qualifications
• 1–3 years in real estate, mortgage, lending, fintech, or marketing/ops preferred
• Strong CRM habits and experience preferred
• Social media fluent: you know what performs and why
• Detail-oriented enough for compliance-adjacent file work, creative enough for content
• Startup mentality: no playbook, figure-it-out, moves fast
• Atlanta metro based
Compensation
Starts as 1099 with a clear 90-day path to full-time W-2. $40K–$52K base equivalent + volume-based bonus as originations scale.
OnArdhi is an equal opportunity employer. We build things. Let's build together.
